Acceptance of your order:


Orders will be processed within 24 hours of placing your order during normal working hours, this excludes weekends and public holidays. 

If your item is a special order, you will be notified by email of the processing time.



Payments: 


Payment can be made using paypal. We take care to insure our site is secure.


Tracking your order:


You will be emailed an order confirmation and supplied with a tracking number to link your order online.

2. We offer a door to door delivery service

3. You can keep track of your item from the time of dispatch until it reaches you.
4. We cannot courier items to a P.O Box address

• International: $40

Insurance:

Your goods will be insured by us during transit.

Returns and exchanges:


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will assist you with your refund or exchange.


1. In order to facilitate a return or an exchange, you must email us at info@palmboutique.co.nz within 5 days of receiving your goods.
2. Once you have notified us and we have responded to your email the item must be returned within 5 days to receive a refund.
3. Products must be received in original order - unworn, unmarked and with tags remaining.

4. Correctly returned products will be credited to the originals purchase's credit card within 7 days. 
5. You will be notified once your refund has been made. 
6. Please note refunds will only be made for full price items.  
7. Returned items are at your own cost via a Track and Trace Method and we do not take any responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning.
