Delivery and Returns

Acceptance of your order:


Exciting, you have ordered a beautiful garment from us online!

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of placement. We are also primarily a physical store, so if on the off chance someone is purchasing an item in store at the same time we will need to honour their purchase first. 

If your item is a special order, you will be notified by email of the processing time.



 

Payments: 


Payment can be made using Debit Card, Credit Card, Paypal, Fundpay, Afterpay, or Laybuy

We use these reputable third party payment providers to ensure your details are kept safe online.

 

Tracking your order:


You will be emailed an order confirmation and supplied with a tracking number to link your order online.

  1. A signature will be collected upon delivery
  2. We offer a door to door delivery service

  3. You can keep track of your item from the time of dispatch until it reaches you.
  4. We cannot courier items to a PO Box address

- Cart Value less than $150 = $10 shipping

- Cart Value over $150 = FREE!

Australia: $40

Rest of the world: POA

 

Insurance:

Your goods will be insured by us during transit to you.

 

Returns and exchanges for online purchases:

Returning items has various impacts on small business and the environment, so whilst we are dedicated to helping you find the garment that is perfect for you, we discourage excessive ordering with intent to return.  

 

Discounted Items

Items sold at discount or sale are not eligible for return if you have changed your mind or they are the wrong size. These transactions are final so please choose wisely. 

 

Full Priced Items

If the full priced item you have purchased is not quite right, we will assist you with either a credit, exchange or refund.

Please note with refunds, we do withhold $10 for the cost of posting the original garment.

    1. In order to facilitate the above, please call or email us at info@palmboutique.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving your goods.
    2. Once you have notified us and we have responded to your email the item must be returned within 5 days to receive a refund.
    3. Products must be received in original order - unworn, unmarked and with tags remaining.

    4. Correctly returned products will be credited to the originals purchaser's credit card or paypal account within 7 days. 
    5. You will be notified once your refund has been made. 
    6. Please note we do not offer refunds for sale or discounted items.
    7. Postage for returned items needs to be track and traced and will need to be covered by you.
    8. We will retain $10NZD to cover original shipping costs within New Zealand. We do not refund the original shipping costs if you paid any.
    9. For items purchased via Afterpay or Laybuy, a 5% service fee will be deducted if a refund is chosen, due to the non-refundable transaction charges we incur through by these third party providers.

 

Faulty Products

Faulty products will be resolved in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

In Store Returns Policy:

If the item you have purchased in store is faulty or not fit for purpose then we are happy to offer you a full refund, credit or exchange depending on the situation and stock availability. We will act in accordance with our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantee Act.

Please note that we will not refund or exchange an item that you have changed your mind about. In store purchases offer the opportunity for trying-on, so please ensure you are happy with the fit before purchasing.

If you have purchased a gift for someone, they are able to exchange the gift for something else in store. We do not however offer cash refunds on gifts purchased.

We operate in good faith with our customers, and we love seeing you leave with a piece of clothing that you love. Please ask us about our APRO service if you are unsure about your purchase. This is a safe and fair way of both parties being able to make sound decisions and support good business.
