Quick and Easy Deliveries
Order Processing
At Palm Boutique, we aim process all orders on the day of order placement, or the next working day.
During busy periods, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.
If you need your order urgently, add a note at checkout or email us at info@palmboutique.co.nz - we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping Rates
New Zealand
- Orders under $200 → $15 flat rate
- Orders over $200 → Free shipping
Australia
- Orders under $300 → $40 flat rate
- Orders over $300 → Free shipping
Rest of the World
- Parcels under 2kg → $80 flat rate
- Parcels over 2kg → Price on Application please contact us for a quote
In-store Pickup
- Free — you’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery & Tracking
All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times (NZ):
- Urban addresses: 1–3 working days after dispatch
- Rural or North Island: Please allow extra time
We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Authority to Leave
By default, all orders will be processed with an authority to leave. If you would like your parcel to be signed for, please request this in the notes at checkout or contact us before shipping.
Delivery is deemed to be completed upon confirmation from the courier company. You acknowledge that we’re not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery.
Insurance
Your goods are fully insured by us during transit.
Once delivery is confirmed by the courier, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
We do not cover loss or theft after delivery has occurred.
International Orders
All orders ship from New Zealand.
Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If an international order is returned due to non-payment of customs charges, this will not be refunded.
